On March 25th, 2018, I took my life back and the journey is incredible and continues. I never imagined that I could lose 12 pounds in a week or even 26 pounds in 30 days!  In addition to the weight loss are the health benefits. I no longer suffer with sleep apnea or need the use a CPAP machine. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are normal again, so I no longer need to take medication. Although I have Hyperthyroidism an underactive thyroid, I continue to take medication. However, I went from taking one pill a day for seven days a week to taking one pill a day 5 days a week! The arthritic pain in my knee has left with the weight loss.

I successfully reached my goal weight in 15 months. I never would have been able to do this alone. I thank the amazing coaching staff that guided and gave me the structure needed to succeed and also the accountability so that I can further exceed in continuing to maintain my new lifestyle.
